Lindsay was born and raised in Fairfield, CT. She attended Parsons, the New School for Design in New York City, where she graduated with a degree in Apparel Design. Lindsay spent over a decade designing for various household brands, most recently with Champion. Lindsay first became interested in Real Estate after she and her husband, Nathan, purchased a 100-year-old three family investment property in Hudson County, NJ. After fully renovating and flipping the home, at a 25% profit within two years, she decided to begin transitioning her career into real estate investing and home design. Her aspiration is to help investors see potential in properties which will exceed their ROI goals. This experience and insight, along with her combined passion for all aspects of design, has allowed her to identify properties that are desirable for both landlord and tenant. As a property manager for several years she has been able to maintain her client’s investments, while maximizing profits and keeping tenants happy.
Nathan was born and raised in Whitingham Vermont, where he spent his early years apprenticing for his father’s home building business. Through direct on site learning he is experienced in all aspects of maintaining a property and is able to provide swift and innovative responses and solutions as issues arise. With a Master of Science degree in Aviation Management, he has built his career and management expertise providing excellent service for his client’s investments. While coordinating regular maintenance or problem solving as issues appear, Nate is able to ensure his client’s needs are not only met, but exceeded. Together, Nate and Lindsay have built a team of contractors available around the clock to ensure fast response times as well as regular maintenance checks.
